By creating an account and purchasing storage space on MyH, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of our file storage and document management services. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
1. User Responsibilities
To maintain a secure environment for all users, you agree to the following:
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and managing your Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) settings.
- Content Legality: You may not use MyH to store illegal materials, copyrighted content you do not own, or files containing malware/viruses.
- Usage Limits: You agree not to attempt to circumvent storage quotas or manipulate our billing system.
2. Payment and Subscriptions
MyH provides storage space on a tiered subscription basis:
- Billing: Storage space is purchased monthly or yearly. All fees are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
- Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior.
- Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable. However, exceptions may be made if the service experiences a confirmed outage exceeding 48 consecutive hours.
3. Limitation of Liability
MyH provides storage services on an "as is" basis. While we maintain multiple redundancies, we are not liable for data loss due to user error or compromised credentials.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our storage platform.
4. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination:
- Users will be notified via their registered email address.
- You will have a 30-day grace period to retrieve your documents and files.
- After the grace period, all data associated with the account will be permanently purged from our primary and backup servers.
